How an agent works
An agent is a program that takes over a fixed task in your business on the server. It is bound by rules we define with you, and its work is traceable.

Order import
Takes orders from the shop and creates them as orders with all items and totals.
Stock posting
Posts stock movements in the background, also outside office hours.
Delivery run
Triggers due deliveries and hands them over to warehouse and logistics.
Invoice run
Creates invoices for delivered orders, without anyone having to remember.
Invoice PDF
Creates the invoice PDF and attaches it to the order in the CRM.
Returns
Processes returns with stock reversal and credit note.
Reconciliation
Compares shop and ERP and reports discrepancies before a customer notices them.
Month-end close
Prepares closing work and delivers the figures to accounting.
