Mediashop
Mediashop runs its entire daily workflow in Intendo ERP. The path from shop order to invoice runs through agents working in the background.
What the solution does
- Order import: orders from the shop are created as orders with all items and totals.
- Stock posting and delivery run: stock is posted, due deliveries are triggered and handed over to fulfillment and shipping.
- Invoice run: invoices are created for delivered orders, and the invoice PDF is attached to the order in the CRM.
- Returns and reconciliation: returns are reversed in stock, and shop and ERP are compared continuously.
- Up to 16 agents work in parallel around the clock.
